About Vampires--
What is it about the vampires in Stephenie Meyer's books that make them so irresistible?
Is it their inhuman beauty? Strength? Reflexes? Grace?
-------------------------------------------------------
The vampires in "Twilight" cannot age, and are virtually indestructable. The Cullens, in her books, are "vegetarian" vampires, therefore, they only prey on animals' blood. You can see it in their eyes, that are golden, while human blood-sucking vampires, have a blood thirsty red in their eyes.
Vampires have primary abilities that include : Beauty, Strength, Grace, Speed, Sight, Sound.
Their Beauty helps lure their prey to them, while their strength can crush a boulder with no hesitation. The grace of a vampire is inhuman, and mezmirizing. Their speed is so fast, that a drive that could take you 45 minutes, only takes them less than half that time. Their sight so perfect, they can see the blood pulsing through your veins. And sound so clearly to them, that they can hear low whispers and murmurs like someone was shouting at them.
The process of turning into a vampire may vary in days. It depends on how close the venom enters to the heart. Vampire venom pulses through yours veins killing every cell and every minute of the process the person is wishing for death. Finally, when it reaches your heart, there is the most pain and burning, then it just...stops.
A newborn vampires strength is greater than an older vampire, for the human blood still in them makes them stronger. Their eyes are pulsing red, and they are thirsty for blood. They are usually hard to control, and if they wish to become a "vegetarian" vampire, they stay away from humans for quite some time.
Memories from a vampire's human life are hard to remember, but when vampire, they have a picture perfect memory.
